Ms. Patti Urban

President and Founder

Patti Urban, located in Connecticut, is the founder and President of Legal-Eaze. She is the mother of four children: three daughters, Kristen, Juliana, and Mary Kate, all from Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province; and one son, Kevin, from Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, PR China. She has extensive experience in international adoptions. She is a member of Adoptive Parents Committee (APC), Families With Children From China (FCC), American Infertility Association (AIA), American Adoption Congress (AAC), National Association of Legal Document Preparers (NALDP), and Association for Treatment and Training in the Attachment of Children (ATTACH). She is also the Executive Director of A Wish for Children, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit humanitarian organization.

Ms. Debra Dragunat

Readoption Coordinator

Debra Dragunat, located in Florida, is the mother of Julianne, adopted from Fujian Province in China in 1998. She has an extensive background in marketing and business practices. Debi is our readoption coordinator. She is a member of Families with Children from China.

Mr. Chris P. Moore

NYC Office Manager and Adoption Courier

Chris Moore, located in NYC, has extensive courier service and executive assistant experience. He is responsible for all courier service to NYC government offices including NYC County Clerk, NY Secretary of State, NYC Consulates, and various vital records offices.
