I'm about to apply for our third China daughter's Certificate of Citizenship (she arrived on an IR-4 visa this past March) and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your website and all the helpful info. We cannot thank you enough for the outstanding work you do. Thanks to Debra's fine work on our re-adoption paperwork for NJ, our re-adoption was quick, accurately filed, and completely stress-free. Everything was in order, and we didn't have to think about a thing!

After almost a year of assembling our China Dossier, the last thing we wanted to do was start over again with re-adoption paperwork and government documents.
